On the second day of our trip in New York City, we started off by watching the St. Patrick’s Day Parade and going to The Apple Store.
On the way to The Apple Store I was approached by a nice young lady and she offered me some Red Bull.
After the parade we walked down to the Museum of Natural History and stayed there for a few hours, touring all the exhibits and we watched a few IMAX movies about space and some cute little animals that have a hard time surviving in the wild.
After the museum everyone was tired, so we walked back to the hotel and rested for a little bit.
In the evening, we went downtown and traveled to the 86th Floor of the Empire State Building. The view of the entire city was amazing but it was very cold on the balcony that high up.
After we got down from the Empire State Building, Mrs. Hampel made friends with a nice gentleman on the sidewalk in front of the building, then we proceeded to take the subway back to our hotel and call it a day.
Junior Lexie Maloney captured the day in photos.
